HSK University's mock exams are generated for each attempt, so a second attempt is a new paper rather than the same questions you already saw. They follow the HSK 2.0 paper format and timing for now: for example 40 questions in 40 minutes at HSK 1 and 100 questions in 120 minutes at HSK 5. If your sitting is HSK 3.0, pair them with an HSK 3.0 mock test before the exam. Writing is graded by AI. HSK Mock (hskmock.com)

HSK Mock describes itself as the official platform for practising HSK and YCT tests. It added HSK 3.0 support for levels 1–9 in January 2026 and sells test codes that last a year, with in-app purchases between $2.99 and $17.95 on iPhone. It also offers HSK speaking mocks.

Exam apps: SuperTest, Migii and BizHan

These apps are free to start, with paid plans for full access. SuperTest advertises over 300,000 practice questions for the older HSK 1–6. Migii lists more than 180 mock exams in its App Store listing and says HSK 3.0 is now available. BizHan has timed mocks with scoring alongside its courses. SuperTest and Migii have iPhone apps.

How to get the most from a mock test

1. Sit it in one go. Phone away, timer on, no pausing the listening. A mock you pause is a quiz, not a mock.
2. Take the first one early. Two or three months before the exam, not two weeks. It decides what you study next.
3. Review every wrong answer. Write down whether it was a word you did not know, grammar you misread, or time running out. Each needs a different fix.
4. Repeat every one or two weeks in the final month, with a fresh paper each time.
